Privacy Policy
Information you provide
BioPilot stores your account email, creator profile, pilot appearance, handle, personality and approved knowledge. Published pilot information is visible to visitors. Do not include confidential information in public knowledge or shared demo links.
AI chat and voice
Messages and approved knowledge are sent to Lovable AI to generate answers. Optional sample voice calls use Vapi and request microphone permission first. Voice providers may process audio and transcripts according to their policies. Ending a call releases microphone access. Do not use BioPilot for confidential or regulated conversations.
Storage and sharing
Lovable Cloud stores account data. Authentication uses essential browser storage. Demo configuration in shared links can include your narrative and appearance; anyone with the link can read it. We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared with service providers only to operate the experience or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can edit or unpublish your pilot from the dashboard, decline microphone access, and delete your account from Account settings. Account deletion removes its pilot and approved knowledge. Provider records and legally required records may remain under their retention policies. Contact deon@polemarch.site for access or privacy questions.
Children and changes
BioPilot is not intended for children under 13. Minors need a parent or guardian's permission. This policy will be updated before additional billing, phone or notification services launch.
