Polemarch AI · Effective October 23, 2026
Terms of Service
The service
BioPilot is an AI bio-link service operated by Polemarch AI. Current features include creator previews, approved-information chat, avatar customization and shared sample voice calls. Demo checkout does not collect payment or provision a phone number. Dedicated telephone service, commerce and owner takeover are not activated.
Accounts and content
Keep your sign-in secure. You remain responsible for the content you approve and publish. You must have rights to your content and permission to share personal information. Do not publish illegal, abusive, deceptive or confidential content, impersonate another person, or attempt to access other accounts.
AI limitations
BioPilot identifies itself as AI. Responses can be inaccurate and are not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Verify important information independently. A response is not a completed transaction, booking, notification or guaranteed commitment by a creator.
Billing
The planned price is USD 9.99 per month. Live subscriptions are not available on this release. No paid entitlement or phone activation is created by a demo or a checkout URL. Final payment, cancellation, refund and telephone terms will be presented before paid service opens.
Ending service and contact
You can unpublish your pilot and delete your account. We may suspend access for abuse or security concerns. The preview is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Contact deon@polemarch.site for support or questions.
